Buckley is taking over Samuel’s position, and this means he can finally put in the steps to help bring about the Exclusion Act. It’s what he’s wanted, after all, even though Samuel has been somewhat on the fence about it. However, will Buckley feel the pressure from the businessmen in the way Samuel did?
If he doesn’t from the businessmen, he may feel the pressure from Leary. That’s if Leary gets a chance to meet with Buckley. Leary will have his own issues to deal with when the Irish workmen threaten to turn on him. He’s still not got them all consistent work.
Trouble in Chinatown on Warrior Season 2, Episode 8
The all-new episode will see Chinatown locked down. Bill and his guys are looking for a murderer.
Do Bill and his guys know that Jacob killed Samuel to save Penny’s life? Will that even matter? A major problem of the current situation is that the Chinese weren’t allowed a defense. Even if they were, they wouldn’t be listened to. The “jury of their peers” were white men. Like they really cared what happened to the Chinese. Not enough would, anyway.
The Chinatown locked down, this could be bad for the tongs. The Hop Wei is making a move, and Mai Ling is worried about that. Now that Young Jun is in charge, anything is possible.
