Ariana Grande’s place on the FanSided 250 could be even higher next year.

After months of waiting, the FanSided 250 was unveiled, showing us some of the most popular and beloved fandoms out there. Music is a huge part of the list and one name that was pretty high on the music list was Ariana Grande.

While the likes of Taylor Swift, BTS, and Megan Thee Stallion were ahead of her, she placed pretty high on the list and a lot of it has to do with her multiple album releases.

While Ariana is mostly known for her music, she’s also dipped her toe in other avenues such as fragrances, multiple brand deals and was featured on Mariah Carey’s Christmas special. With everything she does, some might even say that she’s a little low on the list. However, one new special project could end up helping her move up the list even higher.

Recently, Ariana announced that she’d be getting her own special on Netflix. Entitled Excuse Me, I Love You, the concert film follows Ariana on her Sweetener tour. Considering how hyped that tour was, it’s no surprise that Ariana would want to continue her success in another way and Netflix is the perfect avenue. While it’s not here yet, the film could help her become even more wildly popular than she is.

Excuse Me, I Love You could be exactly the push for Ariana Grande in 2021

Netflix has become the home for some of the biggest names in music and adding Ariana Grande to the list only makes them more powerful. In particular, the film will help push her up the FanSided 250 ranks. Firstly, it’s going to draw fans who don’t have Netflix to the service to watch. Additionally, the film is no doubt going to be a huge success for the streaming service thus causing an influx of popularity in her projects.

Excuse Me, I Love You will no doubt pay homage to one of Ariana’s most underrated albums as “Sweetener” always seems to get swept under the rug. While most like to focus on “thank u, next” and “positions,” “Sweetener” always gets left out of the mix.

By giving the album its own special, it’ll get fans to appreciate the album and hopefully, bring in legions of new fans. It’s not often that an artist releases an album as closely as Ariana did so it’s definitely something worth noting.

The concert film also has the potential to introduce an entirely new world for Ariana. If Excuse Me, I Love You performs well on Netflix, we could see the same thing happening to the rest of her concert tours. For fans who can’t afford to see a show, it’s something to look forward to as well as those who want to relive the concert. Plus it could end up being the start of a beautiful relationship between Ariana and Netflix.

Ultimately, Excuse Me, I Love You is just the tip of the iceberg of what we could be seeing from Ariana Grande. It honestly feels like a Christmas gift to fans who might be missing an Ariana tour this year. While other stars have had successful moments this year, it’s not hard to pinpoint Ariana as the queen of pop music.

dark. Next. New Netflix shows and movies to watch this weekend

Ariana Grande is already a force all by herself but having a concert film on Netflix is truly the icing on the cake for her. It could open so many doors for her in the future and could end up being a huge part of her plans for 2021. In a year where music played such a large role in our lives, Ariana Grande delivered and it’s safe to say she’ll do the same in 2021.

Excuse Me, I Love You is set to release on Netflix on December 21st.
