Katie Price has found herself in hot water yet again. The 42-year-old reality star has been involved in plenty of controversies over the years, and now it looks like she’s been accused of a major COVID-19 no-no.

As reported by The Sun, Katie and boyfriend Carl Woods recently jetted off to Turkey on holiday, which is not on England’s safe travel list. That means that the pair were supposed to quarantine for two weeks upon returning to the country.

Apparently, however, when Katie Price and her beau got back home, her 15-year-old son Junior Savva Andreas Andre came over to visit. The publication notes that Junior was absent from the vacation to Turkey, however he could be seen in videos at Katie’s home on Instagram when she returned.

People were quick to criticize Katie Price for seemingly breaking the rules of quarantine she and Carl were to follow, and now the model is speaking out on her side of the story. She has denied that she’s broken any rules.

Katie told The Sun that Junior was permitted to come stay with her even before completing her two weeks of required quarantine because she is co-parenting him with ex-husband Peter Andre. As the website reports, the government has set some exceptions to the rules if a child is in shared custody of their parents–that is if no one shows signs of symptoms.

Katie is said to have had a COVID-19 test in order to spend time with her children for Christmas. The results are not known yet, but presumably if we see her posting with the kids on Friday, she likely is negative.

The regulations for COVID-19 can be tough, but are certainly worth following.
