When is The Circle US returning to Netflix?

Fans are ready for season 2 of Netflix’s The Circle, but when will it premiere? 

This year started off great with everyone binge-watching Netflix’s new hit show The Circle US. It seems like forever since the American version of the British series of the same name premiered and fans have been waiting for season 2 ever since.

The pandemic put a damper on things, but this series helped us get through it. The show follows a diverse cast who are isolated in their own apartments and couldn’t see one another so fans could definitely relate. Their only communication is through text and the goal is to become an ‘influencer’ and decide which member gets blocked from the circle.

Described as a mix of Big Brother, Catfish, and Black Mirror episode “Nosedive” things aren’t always what they seem as the circle. Since there are no face-to-face interactions contestants can use their own pictures or someone else’s!

When is season 2 of The Circle US coming to Netflix?

The first season of the reality series premiered on Jan. 1, 2020, dropping four episodes per week. We’re in the last days of the year and no word has been mentioned if season 2 will be following suit and premiere on Jan. 1, 2021.

One thing that’s confirmed is that there will be a season 2 and 3 of the popular series. According to reality TV writer Martin Holmes both have already been filmed.

They’re both scheduled for release in 2021.  Hopefully, the cast will be just as diverse as the first.  We can’t wait to see who’s catfishing and who’s real.
