Must-see Netflix movies and shows this week, January 10

New Netflix shows

  • Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer, Jan. 13
  • Disenchantment season 3, Jan. 15
  • Bling Empire, Jan. 15

With Netflix’s incredible reputation of engaging and captivating crime documentaries and movies, I’m expecting Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer to be great. I would like to point out that I was disappointed in one of its latest projects, The Ripper. 

It simply didn’t live up to my expectations. And it doesn’t compare to other projects in the same genre. Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer, however, seems promising. We shall see! If you catch it before me, let me know your thoughts!

Disenchantment is another popular series dropping this week. Season 3 of the adult animated comedy/fantasy series premieres on Jan. 15. Now, I personally have never watched any of the episodes, but during a pandemic is a good time to watch new content.

If Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer and Disenchantment don’t sound like your cup of tea, no problem! How about Bling Empire?

Bling Empire is a reality series that follows a group of rich-rich Asian and Asian American friends in Los Angeles. If you can’t get enough of reality TV, you will want to add Bling Empire to your list!
