It’s time to see a few Real Housewives return to the popular franchise

Bravo has a revolving door of housewives, with cities across the nation and cast changes becoming a regular occurrence.

In the last two years, the network has made a few casting cuts that sparked fans voicing their disapproval. From the glamour of Beverly Hills to the Stepford ways of Orange County, the show might go on, but that doesn’t suggest things are quite the same.

So who should make the next epic Real Housewife return?

Lisa Vanderpump

More from Reality TV

Yes, Beverly Hill just doesn’t have the same energy without the beloved LVP. Very few women in the franchise have the ability to have an entire cast on the attack to claim the top spot, and Lisa Vanderpump had to fight for her title for eight seasons, before exiting towards the end of the ninth season.

Fans reacted to the departure as a calculated move from her costars, and for good reason. To see a fan favorite housewife leave the series she helped thrive while grieving the loss of her brother was a heartbreaking exit to almost a decade of housewife excellence.

Since the series has gone on, the takedown tactics continue and Bravo has seemingly rewarded this group which has made it hard to enjoy for many. If we can exchange one Lisa with the other, maybe we could get a little piece of the fun back on RHOBH.

Phaedra Parks

When you think Real Housewives of Atlanta, it’s hard to not imagine Phaedra Parks. The self-proclaimed Southern belle bared her entire life on camera, which dabbled in beautiful moments such as the birth of her children, and more intense memories like her divorce and strained friendships.

Phaedra left in the center of a controversy over statements that were damaging to another cast member, but the conversation always seemed to be vague considering Parks took issue with things she claimed production had told her.

There’s no doubt that conflict would follow with her return, but as long as we avoid the group mentality of Beverly Hills, isn’t that kind of what we enjoy about these shows, to begin with?

Vicki Gunvalson

One of the most outspoken women in Real Housewives history made this entire franchise a possibility, and that’s Vicki Gunvalson.

Known for “whooping it up” and toting herself as the face of the series, Vicki has a reputation that is untouchable. Whether you love or hate the housewife, she’s probably provided some of the most authentic portrayals of reality television across the board.

Even when that authenticity itself is questioned and made a storyline, Vicki doesn’t shy away from explaining herself which can come at a cost. In an attempt to revitalize the OC series, Bravo removed Vicki and friend turned enemy, turned friend again Tamra from the franchise, which ended up bringing a slightly lackluster cast aside from new favorite Gina.

With Braunwyn thankfully on her way out and Kelly a strong possibility to follow due to her constant problematic behavior, the door could be opening for Vicki to make the grand return we deserve.
