Catelynn Lowell reveals the one Teen Mom co-star who reached out after her miscarriage

Catelynn Lowell is finding out who her real friends are, it seems.
In November of 2020, Catelynn Lowell suffered a miscarriage and a little while later opened up about the harrowing experience on social media. In her heartbreaking post, Catelynn said that having a “strong support system” was key to getting through it and let other mothers who’d experienced similar hardships know that they weren’t alone, acknowledging how alone she’d also felt at times.
Overall, Catelynn Lowell aimed to provide support for others, the way she said she’d needed it as well. Now, the reality star is seemingly revealing where that type of much-needed support might’ve been lacking in her own life last year.
According to Us Weekly, the Teen Mom OG star claimed that only one of her MTV co-stars actually reached out following her miscarriage. Catelynn Lowell told Us Weekly that Cheyenne Floyd was the only one that ever checked on her, and it “bugged” her that the others did not.
Catelynn opened up on her experience with Cheyenne by saying:
"She was like, ‘I’m so sorry. How are you doing? I’m here to talk,’ and we would message back and forth. For her just to ask, ‘Are you OK?’ I was like, ‘Wow.’ … I just let her know how important that was to me that she really reached out just to see how I was doing."
As for the silence of castmates like Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, and Mackenzie McKee, Catelynn revealed she was left feeling like their friendships might’ve been more one-sided than she’d previously thought.
Catelynn told Us Weekly that she’d reached out “a lot” to the other cast members when they were “going through things” in the past, explaining, “I try to be there, but I also have to have that mindset that everybody is not going to do what I would do.”
In the end, it seems that Catelynn Lowell learned which MTV cast member has her back when the going gets tough. And unfortunately, which ones are no longer there for her.
