Servant season 2, episode 3: Has Dorothy made a grave mistake?

Servant season 2, episode 3 shows fans of the psychological thriller a different, darker side of Dorothy. But Dorothy may come to regret her most recent decision.
If season 2 of Servant on Apple TV Plus has taught us anything about Dorothy Turner, it’s that she will stop at nothing to get what she wants. This isn’t to say we believe her to be stubborn, but we all know that what she is after isn’t exactly her real son, Jericho.
Throughout the episode, we see flashbacks of Dorothy pregnant with Jericho. Audiences learn that Dorothy had a high-risk pregnancy and was ordered to not leave the bed. It’s not like Dorothy to sit still, but she listens to her doctor’s order regardless.
When an alarm goes off in her home, though, she reluctantly gets up. This nearly causes Dorothy her unborn baby as she slips and falls down a few steps. We can see that she immediately regrets it.

Servant season 2, episode 3 showcases a bold move from Dorothy
What a scheme the Turner’s have come up with! Sean puts his chef skills to use in the hunt for Jericho by starting a fake pizza delivery business, hoping that the house they suspect Leanne is hiding in will place an order.
Bingo! They have now found Leanne, but they’re not sure how to get her to talk about where “Jericho” is, much less come to them. But leave it to Dorothy, who’ll stop at nothing to get her son back, to do something about it.
Dorothy prepares a pizza for Tobe to deliver, who is in the dark about what’s happening. Little did Sean, Julian, and Tobe know, Dorothy added a little something to the pizza. Leanne passes out after eating it and Dorothy threatens Tobe, forcing him to bring the unconscious Leanne to her.
Knowing what Leanne is capable of and what’s at stake, this may not have been the best idea, though. What are your thoughts?
