Have you been missing Modern Family and the Dunphy, Pritchett, and Tucker families since the beloved series signed off last spring? Well, the landmark ABC sitcom will finally be available to stream online.

The Emmy-winning juggernaut hasn’t ever been released in full beyond home video and cable syndication, but that’s all about to change as the potentially last great broadcast blockbuster looks to cement its legacy for many more years to come.

In a rather rare streaming deal, Modern Family has been nabbed by Hulu and Peacock to stream all 11 seasons and 250 episodes of the sitcom. The double-whammy streaming celebration of Modern Family begins on Feb. 3 on both services, so make sure your watch lists are ready.

While the dollar signs behind the deals haven’t been disclosed, it’s likely to be as pricey as those for Seinfeld, Friends, The Big Bang Theory, and The Office. There’s no better way to end its streaming absence than to effectively welcome the series into the upper echelon of sitcoms.

Although every season of the series will be available to stream on both platforms, only 12 episodes will be offered on Peacock’s free tier. The rest of the series will be available for paid subscribers on Peacock Premium and, of course, Hulu. (Sorry, Netflix loyalists. You’ve been snubbed on this one.)

But don’t worry about cramming all 250 episodes into a super-fast binge. By all means, binge-watch at the pace you prefer, but Modern Family’s multi-year deal sees it sticking around far beyond its February 2021 online debut.

Upon its 2009 premiere on ABC, the series went on to earn widespread acclaim and ratings success. On top of that, the series won 22 Primetime Emmy Awards, including five consecutive wins for Outstanding Comedy Series, matching fellow 11-season smash Frasier’s record.

Modern Family followed the large, dysfunctional extended Dunphy-Pritchett-Tucker family for over a decade of their hilariously messy lives. From incredible guest stars to a reliably electric ensemble, the quippy writing was always expertly delivered. The eleventh and final season wrapped in April 2020 and sent the family off with a fittingly chaotic yet heartfelt farewell.
