The 118 is jinxed on 9-1-1 Season 4, Episode 6. It’s time to breakdown the promo to see what to expect on the all-new episode.

There are a few things you don’t say around a firehouse. It turns out “quiet” is the one thing you definitely don’t say around the 118.

As a probie finishes up his first shift, Buck asks how the shift went. Of course, this probie has no idea what not to say—although maybe that should be in Firefighter 101—and ends up jinxing everyone.

It turns out that the 118 will have a day from hell. Athena’s lucky penny is not going to cut things. Something tells me she doesn’t quite believe in the superstition at first, but she’s going to believe it eventually.

What type of callouts will the 118 get on 9-1-1 Season 4, Episode 6

There are a few callouts in the promo for the episode. One that will immediately stand out is the guy duct-taped to a billboard.

He’s done this to himself. He wants to get someone’s attention and thinks that this is going to be the best way to do it. And it doesn’t look like he has any clothes on under that duct tape. Will he learn his lesson just by that stuff coming off? Probably not.

The biggest is likely to be the callout that Athena will end up involved in. The truck is stolen while out on a call. Is it in the middle of a call or at the end of it? That’s not clear, but it’s sure to give us plenty to look forward to during the episode.

There isn’t much about how Buck is dealing with everything he learned in the previous episode. It looks like, for the most part, the family is moving on from that. Buck now understands why Maddie didn’t leave with him all those years ago but also that she kept the postcards he sent her.
