Teen Mom 2’s Leah Messer reveals her stance on having more kids

What’s next for Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer? According to Us Weekly, the reality star says that after her twins, her future plans don’t exactly include having more children. However, Leah admitted she’s open to whatever the future holds, potentially.

In a conversation to promote the audiobook release of her 2020 autobiography Hope, Grace, & Faith, the 28-year-old MTV star revealed her latest stance on having kids.  While discussing motherhood and what comes next, Leah Messer said she finds herself in a better place because of her daughters, admitting, “I don’t know where I’d be without them.”

When it comes to the possibility of more children someday, Messer told US Weekly she’s still unsure at this point in her life. Leah admitted, “Listen, if I were to ever get remarried, and let’s say they didn’t have kids and would want a child, it would have to come with terms and conditions this time because I put my work in! I don’t know. Whatever’s meant to be will happen.”

Right now, however, Leah Messer claims she’s just looking forward to “the next chapter,” even if that next chapter doesn’t include dating for a while. Fans know that the TV personality has already been through two divorces, followed by a failed relationship with Jason Jordan in 2019. Currently, it seems Leah is more interested in finding the right guy before the mother-of-three can consider having another child, but she said she’s definitely open to love, marriage, and the possibility of another baby down the line.

While she may not be looking for love this minute, Leah Messer also said she finally knows what she’s looking for and what she’s not next time. The Teen Mom 2 star told Us Weekly that when it comes to a potential future partner, she needs someone “compassionate,” “empathetic,” and able to do “their own thing” professionally and personally while Leah is off doing hers. And we certainly can’t knock the West Virginia native for wanting that.
