We get to see Jason’s reaction in the promo. He wants to help Ray move past the fear and the trauma from being captured. There’s only one way to do that. It means revenge, and Jason is more than happy to support that idea.

Can Ray go through with that, though? Is revenge the only way past the trauma? Ray doesn’t go after vengeance. We’ve seen him try to move past things in other ways, but will we see that darker side to him again?

The episode itself is going to continue the mission in Syria. It’s all about the team on the mission as they realize that this isn’t what it initially seemed.

It’s going to explain a lot to them about Ray’s personality change. Everyone will start to understand why Ray is tense. However, will they be able to get past the betrayal? After all, that’s what it is, even though it is understandable.

Expect a focus on Ray’s PTSD as we work through the episode. He’s suffering with the memories of being tortured, especially knowing he’s so close to the person who was behind it all.
