After returning from a three-week hiatus, Walker episode 6 had no shortage of shocking twists and secrets to reveal to the show’s fans!

Three weeks off the air might have done Walker some good as the show returned last night with some crazy new secrets to ponder. Walker episode 6 was packed with twists and exciting new developments that should make great story fodder for the remainder of the season.

Of course, some of the night’s biggest revelations dealt with Emily’s murder, which is turning into a season-long mystery. But don’t fret about the case being dragged on for multiple seasons, showrunner Anna Fricke assured TVLine that the mystery would be solved by the end of the freshman season.

5. Emily’s murder case is unofficially reopened.

So, speaking of Emily’s murder case, I think we can confidently say that her case is reopened, albeit unofficially for now. Captain James and Liam enlist Hoyt Rawlins (yay, more Matt Barr) to get to the bottom of Carlos Mendoza’s confession.

James and Liam no longer believe that Carlos is the culprit and might have confessed to killing Emily to cover someone else. Thanks to Hoyt, they learn that Carlos is dying. Who better to take the fall for someone else than a dying man?
