Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas announced the nominations for the 93rd Academy Awards on Monday, March 15, 2021, and we couldn’t be more excited! Want to watch the nominated movies before the big night? Here’s where and how!

It’s tradition to rewatch all the Academy Award nominees before the big event, at least for me, and I know several movie fans enjoy rewatching their favorites, too. Not to mention, I know there are many of us who haven’t watched all of these movies.

Now that you know who is up for a big honor, why not become familiar with the movies and either catch up with them or rewatch your favorite?

The year 2020 was a crazy one for movies! But there are still several that stand out, let’s not forget about the cinematic pieces of work that kept us sane in 2020.

From Promising Young Woman to Mank, below we share all the details you need to know about where and how to watch the following movies from the main categories.

Where to watch all Academy Award nominated movies

Let’s begin with the Academy Award-nominated movies for Best Picture:

Mank and The Trial of the Chicago 7 are both available on Netflix. Watch it free with a subscription.

The Father is still playing in select theaters, but can also be streamed where movies are sold online, such as Amazon Prime Video, Fandango Now, Vudu, and more. Judas and the Messiah, Promising Young Woman, and can also be found in select theaters as well as online.

Minari is only available online to purchase at Vudu, Prime Video, and other VOD services. We couldn’t find any theaters in our area screening the movie. Movie fans can also pay to watch Minari and Nomadland, but Hulu has both available free with a subscription.

Finally, Sound of Metal is available free at Prime Video with a subscription.
