The Flash season 7, episode 4 synopsis
The episode is titled “Central City Strong,” and follows Barry taking on Abra Kadabra as the villain (guest star David Dastmalchian) has returned to Central City. There’s a reason Kadabra is back. Let’s just say he’s back with a vengeance.
“Central City Strong” will also see Iris forced to look back at a memory she would rather forget. The synopsis shares she will “look at a dark moment in her past.”
