Wu-Tang: An American Saga season 2 has yet to land on Hulu, but that doesn’t mean fans aren’t clamoring to know when the series will be making its return to the platform.

The series, created by RZA and Alex Tse, tracks the formation of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan in the early 1990s. The rap collective is a vision of Bobby Diggs (RZA), who wants to unite 12 Black young men under a banner of music and shared experience.

Together, they’ll form the supergroup that charted unlikely success, but for now they’re a string of young people trying to make it, torn between their music and what they’ve got to do to get by even if it means turning to crime.

Here’s what we know about season 2 of the critically acclaimed series.

Wu-Tang: An American Saga season 2 synopsis

While season 2 of the series doesn’t have an official synopsis yet, Cinemaholic reminds us season 1 saw Bobby, Divine, and Shurrie leaving for Ohio. The move could take the series to the Buckeye state in its second season at least at the onset.

Record label executive Steve Rifkind did call Bobby about his music, though–missing him before he left for Ohio–so we expect that to come into play, as well along with Shurrie’s pregnancy with Dennis’ baby.

The Source, reporting on RZA’s interview with Rolling Stone, teased season 2’s focus on the Wu-Tang Clan’s debut album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). RZA told Rolling Stone:

"I think one big thing is that in season one we rarely touched into the recording of 36 Chambers…there are certain things that happened in that studio that are hilarious, that’s the caption of our youth, and also that’s iconic. This season is gonna be even more unpredictable but layered into the fun of what 36 Chambers mean to so many people around the world."
