The time has come to say goodbye to one of the best TV shows of all time. The Wynonna Earp series finale airs tonight, and you don’t want to miss a beat.
Sadly, we are saying goodbye to Wynonna and everyone in Purgatory tonight. The fight is still on, but I’ve always said that I wasn’t surprised the fourth season became the end due to the financial problems faced during the previous few years.
That doesn’t mean I want it to end, but I was ready for it. The good news is that the ending is focused on the one thing we’ve waited all four seasons for: The WayHaught wedding!
Yes, Waverly (who is no longer a Dark Angel) and Nicole are getting married. It’s all happening at the homestead, and they’ll have Wynonna, Doc, and others by their sides to witness this joyous event.
What’s the supernatural threat in the Wynonna Earp series finale?
It wouldn’t be an episode of Wynonna Earp without some sort of supernatural threat now, would it?
There’s a new witch in town. She’s ready to make herself known, but what sort of connection does she have to anything that happened in the past. Does she even have a connection?
One of the downsides to this episode is that it wasn’t intended as a series finale. That means there’s a risk that we’ll be left with major questions about some of our favorite characters. Hopefully, enough was wrapped up to give us some sort of closure and the witch is taken care of in the one episode.
