Did Grace and Judd survive on 9-1-1: Lone Star?

There was one question we have for 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 2, Episode 9. Would Grace and Judd survive the plunge into the water?

At the end of the winter finale, we watched as Judd and Grace plunge into the water below. The spring premiere offered us a look at how the two met, broke up, and got back together. But the most important thing for us was what was going on in the present.

We watched Grace awake in the truck as it sunk, trapped in the car. Judd woke up and tried to get her free, but couldn’t. He chose to remain in the truck with her. The only place was by her side, even if it meant dying with her.

Judd woke in the hospital. It was quickly clear that he would survive, but for Grace, nobody knew how it would go for a while. She wasn’t breathing for four minutes, which ran the risk of brain damage.

Did Grace survive 9-1-1: Lone Star Season 2, Episode 9?

Judd was angry, and that anger was initially aimed at himself on the 9-1-1: Lone Star spring premiere. Then he found out the guy who ran him off the road was a drunk driver. His anger turned to that guy, who also happened to be in the hospital.

Owen and Grace’s dad managed to stop Judd from doing too much damage, telling him that Grace had women up. She wanted her husband.

There is a little bit of concern. Grace said she couldn’t feel her legs, which is apparently normal and not something the doctors are worried about. By the looks of the promo for the next episode, she will be able to walk, but there is a recovery period to come.

And it’s not just recovery for her. Grace is pregnant!
