Spencer gets some advice from a college scout during All American Season 3, Episode 11. Is his career worth a sacrifice? Take a look at what to expect.

The pressure is on for Spencer. All he wants to do is play football, and he’s starting to run out of time. He certainly impressed at the game in the previous episode, but it’s not enough right now.

He needs to keep his head down and focused on the game. The problem is the calls for social justice around him are speaking volumes to him. He wants to help bring change, and that means he wants to get involved.

A college scout suggests otherwise. With the title “The Bigger Picture,” it’s hard not to completely argue with the college scout. If Spencer wants to help bring change, he needs to focus on his future right now. There will always be calls for social justice and change.

But isn’t that the problem? That fight shouldn’t be one for the future, should it? It should be one for right now to prevent more innocent Black people killed. At the same time, when he has a football career, Spencer will be able to do more with his time and money than he can do right now.

It doesn’t help that both Coop and Olivia are going to push for justice when a young Black woman is shot and killed by police. Something like this hits close to their hearts, and they’ll want to see their friends join with the change, especially someone like Spencer.

Principal Carter’s secrets are coming out on All American

While all this is going on, we’re going to delve into Principal Carter a little more. He’s been a pain in Billy’s side since Billy came to Crenshaw to coach. Carter holds a grudge, and maybe there is a reason for that, but he can’t see that Billy is a changed man.

At the same time, do we all really believe Carter’s story? Some things don’t quite add up, and Grace is about to figure out a few truths about the principal. Is this finally going to get the guy off Billy’s back? Could it lead to Carter losing his job as principal?
