Mr. Inbetween season 3 release date, cast, synopsis, trailer, and more

The FX series Mr. Inbetween premiered back in September 2018 and has been well-received by its viewers with an audience score of 98% from Rotten Tomatoes, and critics with a critic score of 95% from the same review site.

It’s a dark comedy that features a dangerous hitman trying to be a good father to his kid, and the story just keeps getting better and better each season. With two seasons currently under the series’ belt, you’re probably wondering if a third season can be expected for Mr. Inbetween.

Mr. Inbetween season 3 release date

According to Deadline, Mr. Inbetween season 3 will premiere next month on May 25 and will feature nine episodes. Additionally, the third season for the series will ultimately be its final season.

For the most part, the main cast of Mr. Inbetween season 3 will stay that same as previous seasons, with actor Scott Ryan returning as Ray Shoesmith, Chika Yasumura as Brittany, Justin Rosniak as Gary, Matt Nable as Dave, and Damon Herriman as Freddy.

Additionally, actor Jeremy Sims will play the role of Rafael, Ray’s boss, in the final season. Right behind is newcomer Emily Barclay who will play Zoe, Ray’s potential love interest.

Despite this nice cast lineup, there may be a certain face that you won’t see due to their character’s fate in season 2.

Bruce, played by Nicholas Cassim, most likely will not be returning for the final season of Mr. Inbetween after his heartbreaking goodbye, but it is possible that we may see him in a flashback or two.

The third and final season of the FX series will continue right where it left off with Ray struggling with his loss as well as tensions rising within Ray’s circle.
