General Hospital spoilers: Will Joss and Trina’s road trip lead to a shocking discovery?

One of the big story lines on General Hospital these days is Sonny’s “death.” While his family has been mourning his loss for months in Port Charles, the mobster, who has no memory of his former self, is living the good life in Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania. The only person who is aware of his true identity is Nina Reeves. However, that may all change soon.

Viewers were hoping that when Jax arrived in the sleepy little town that he would find Sonny (Mike) there, but that was apparently not to be. There is still hope though! On Thursday’s General Hospital, Josslyn decided that she and Trina needed a road trip, and what a better one than heading to a place called Nixon Falls to pick up her dad Jax, who was left stranded there after a gunshot wound.

Yes, the writers have set it up that Joss may just be the one who spots her stepdad Sonny. Could it really be true though? It can’t be that easy, right?

Spoilers for the first week of May teases that Nina will do just about anything to protect her new life in Nixon Falls. Other spoilers do not reveal much more than that, especially those that would give any indication that Joss finds out that Sonny is alive and well.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Joss and Trina trouble

It seems like trouble always follows Joss and Trina. The previews for Friday’s show reveal that this may be the case once again for the two girls. It could be that they have car trouble along the way. Trina is heard telling Joss that she doesn’t think they will get to her dad. But is that just a teaser? Are they already in Nixon Falls?

It’s highly unlikely that Sonny will find the teens stranded. However, there is always Lenny or Phyllis who could possibly discover them on the road. Another possibility is Elijah. He is all over the place making trouble. Could he put two and two together about the person he only knows as Mike after a run-in with Joss and Trina?
