The 118 is called to a hit and run involving a familiar face and we find out the call that made Josh a 9-1-1 dispatcher on 9-1-1 Season 4, Episode 11. Don’t miss a beat of the new episode.

It is on the more personal side during the new episode. Maddie’s boss, Sue, is hit by a car. It’s a hit and run, but it also looks like this was intentional. The race is going to be on to save her.

Chimney is going to struggle the most with this call. After all, while he doesn’t know Sue personally, he is connected to her via Maddie. That may put the pressure on everyone else to do all they can to save her, while putting pressure on Athena to find out who the driver was.

Sue isn’t the only one from Dispatch we’ll get to spend some time with during the episode. It’s time to find out more about Josh on 9-1-1 Season 4, Episode 11.

Why Josh became a Dispatcher on 9-1-1 Season 4, Episode 11

We’ve had time to look back at how each of the firefighters got their start with the 118. Now it’s time to learn more about the important Dispatchers. Josh has certainly gained a place in our hearts for his warm and caring nature, and now it’s time to learn why he became a Dispatcher.

There was an emergency in 2006. That means we’re going back to probably his early 20s. What possibly happened back then to make him want to do something to help others? Was he the reason for the emergency to happen?

Meanwhile, Athena has a case of a missing woman to solve. She’ll have Buck to help with that.

Check out the promo and synopsis for 9-1-1 Season 4, Episode 11:
