Rose starts her clinical trial on The Resident Season 4, Episode 12. Things aren’t going to be smooth sailing, but how bad will it get?
We knew the clinical trial was going to be a risk. All clinical trials are, but Rose was hopeful. It was better than doing nothing, although she may change her mind about that as things start to go wrong.
Devon is going to be by her side during this. This was his idea, after all. He’s not the only doctor who will be there, either.
Cain is also going to be by Rose’s side. He’s there more on a personal level than anything else, which will likely mean getting angry at Devon when things start going wrong. Cain just can’t handle things out of his control and always looks for someone to blame. Hopefully, Devon will have the support of others around him.
Kit is under pressure on The Resident Season 4, Episode 12
While that happens, Kit is under pressure, but not because of the clinical trial. She is under pressure to get the hospital out of debt.
The city absorbed the debt after buying the hospital. Now it’s time to get the investment back. The problem is the hospital has to see everyone now. It doesn’t matter if people don’t have insurance. This is where medical care is a right, and it’s up to the hospitals to find a way to manage the financial problems.
As that goes on, Nic and Conrad are getting ready for the arrival of their daughter. They’re supposed to have a relaxing day, but plans change. A medical mystery pulls them both into the hospital.
