TGIT took a week off last week for the NFL Draft, but it’s back this week. Station 19 kicks things off with an episode that sees Ben and Dean in trouble.

The two and Vic are at a banquet for Black firefighters during Station 19 Season 4, Episode 13. It’s on a boat in the middle of the ocean, and you just know that would lead to some sort of trouble. When the chief falls overboard, Dean jumps into the water to save him. Ben hears it and follows, calling for help as he jumps into the water.

However, that’s where there’s trouble. It doesn’t sound like anyone has heard them.

What will happen to Dean and Ben on Station 19 Season 4, Episode 13?

The good news is we’re in the middle of the summer right now. The previous two episodes were set at the time of George Floyd’s murder in May 2020. That means this banquet most likely takes place in early June. That should mean the water isn’t ridiculously cold. There’s less chance of the three people floating in the water freezing to death.

However, there are still dangers. There is still the risk of hypothermia, and they’ll all know that.

Dean and Ben fear the worst in the promo for the episode. They make it clear that they’re refusing to die. After all, they both have people depending on them to get back. But what’s going to happen to get to them? How far out in the water are they? Can they hold on until daybreak?
