While SEAL Team Season 5 isn’t yet confirmed, we’re hopeful that it will happen. Here’s everything we know so far, with updates to come as they happen.

We’re still waiting patiently for CBS to renew SEAL Team for Season 5. It isn’t guaranteed just yet, but we’re leaning on the side of good news for this. While the show is on the lower side of popularity in terms of live rating, it’s one of those that touches on some important topics even outside of the military.

Of course, since it isn’t renewed yet, we know very little about what to expect on SEAL Team Season 5 so far. You’ll want to bookmark this post, though. We’ll update it as we get more information, including a premiere date and trailer.

Here’s a look at what we know so far.

SEAL Team Season 5 premiere date

We start with the premiere date, which we don’t have just yet. However, if the show is renewed, it will likely remain part of the fall schedule. And we know that CBS wants to get back to the traditional TV schedule for the 2021–2022 season.

We’re looking at the show keeping the Wednesday night slot. The question is whether it will remain at 9/8c or if CBS will push it to 10/9c.

Update (May 18, 2021): ViacomCBS has confirmed SEAL Team Season 5 will happen. It will get an initial premiere on CBS but it will then move to Paramount+.

SEAL Team Season 5 cast

The show has seen some cast changes since the start, but the main members of Bravo Team have stuck around. We’re looking at that staying the same for Season 5. That means we’re looking at the following returning:

  • David Boreanaz as Jason Hayes
  • Max Thieriot as Clay Spenser
  • Neil Brown Jr. as Ray Perry
  • A. J. Buckley as Sonny Quinn
  • Toni Trucks as Lisa Davis

There are guest stars now and then. We’ll have to wait and see how things end with Season 4 to see if any of the current recurring characters will stick around.

SEAL Team Season 5 trailer

There isn’t a trailer just yet, which isn’t all that surprising. Not only are we waiting for a renewal, but we’ll also need to wait for it to film. The trailer isn’t going to come until closer to the premiere date, so we’re looking at the summer at the earliest.

SEAL Team Season 5 synopsis

As for the synopsis, that’s difficult to call. Of course, we’ll see Bravo Team continue missions to help save innocent people, hostages, and more. Hopefully, Season 5 will see Bravo Team back on the same page within itself. It’s been hard watching each member pull away from their brothers and even their families.

Next. Is SEAL Team renewed for Season 5?. dark

SEAL Team currently airs on Wednesdays at 9/8c on CBS. Catch up on the series on Paramount+.
