Where can you stream Cruel Summer? Is it on Netflix or Hulu?

After 10 thrilling episodes, Cruel Summer season 1 has concluded at its network, Freeform. Need to catch up or want to binge-watch the season? Are all the episodes streaming on Netflix or can you watch it all on Hulu? Here’s what we know!

Going in, audiences weren’t sure what to expect. Freeform is known for its amazing teen dramas, but we are still always skeptical when a new one joins the network. Needless to say, all fears quickly vanished, we love Cruel Summer.

Freeform agrees, as it has already renewed the series for a second season! We’ll be sure to keep you posted as soon as we learn more about upcoming episodes.

If you missed the series, you can still catch up before the second season premieres  — you are missing out! Cruel Summer takes place in the fictional town of Skylin, Texas, in the 1900s and follows two teen girls after an event shakes up their lives.

Cruel Summer stars Olivia Holt, Froy Gutierrez, Harley Quinn Smith, Brooklyn Sudano, and others.

Is Cruel Summer on Netflix or Hulu?

At the time of this writing, Cruel Summer is not on Netflix. We’re not sure the teen drama will ever make its way to the streaming giant. As you are probably aware, most CW shows, such as Black Lightning and The Flash, appear on Netflix about a week after the series airs its finale on the CW network.

However, this isn’t the case for all CW shows. Each one has a different contract. So, until we learn more, I wouldn’t count on Netflix. We’ll be sure to keep you posted if anything changes!

In the meantime, you can watch all 10 episodes on Hulu. Enjoy it for free with a Hulu free trial, you’ll be able to enjoy all of season 1 and everything else Hulu has to offer while you decide if you’d like to keep the service.

Of course, watching on Freeform is also an option as that’s its original network.
