Disney’s Cruella movie was warmly received by fans and critics. Did you watch it in theaters or stream it via Premier Access on Disney+? Or are you perhaps waiting for it to be available free with your subscription? Here’s when that will be!
Cruella tells the story of the popular and one of the most widely recognized Disney villains, Cruella de Vil. Emma Stone took on the role and did marvelously! The movie is fun and now has fans wanting to see more movies that focus on the villains and their origin stories.
Why are they evil? What events caused them to end up where we meet them? Who is the real bad guy in the story? Cruella could be one of many movies in this category to come.
Due to the pandemic, the movie had a theater release as well as a streaming one at the same time, but to watch, Disney+ subscribers have to pay for Premier Access, which is an additional one-time fee of $30.
When does Cruella come out on Disney+ for free?
According to Decider, to wait isn’t too long from now! Subscribers will find the movie available for free as part of their monthly subscription on Aug. 27, 2021.
What do you think about the wait? There has been a lot of controversy about the $30 fee. Do you believe the fee is too high or priced perfectly? If you are trying to save money and not go to a movie theater, it’s worth it. Not to mention, not everyone is ready to go out just yet.
However, there are other streaming services that don’t charge an additional fee to watch big featured films, such as HBO Max.
