Only Murders In The Building is a new comedy murder-mystery series that follows three neighbors who are all obsessed with true crime podcasts and documentaries. And if the series is as good as its trailer, we know it’s going to be a hit with true-crime and comedy lovers. So who is in the cast? What happens in the show, and how can you stream it online? Here’s everything we know!

Created by Steve Martin, Dan Fogelman, and John Hoffman, the new show will unite three strangers who all live in the same New York City building, but that’s not the only thing they have in common. Played by Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez, the main characters are also all obsessed with the true crime genre and suddenly find themselves in the middle of a murder mystery when someone is killed in their apartment building.

So what do a trio of true-crime lovers do when they learn of a murder so close by? They create their own podcast of course! They put all of their knowledge and detective skills together to try and crack the case themselves, but the series description goes on to tease that there are secrets within the structure of the building itself that will further complicate the case.

Not everyone is who they seem as the characters uncover more clues, and though they enjoy the process of working the case, they just might find themselves in over their heads when they learn the murderer is too close to home.

How can I watch Only Murders In The Building free online?

Mark your calendars! Only Murders In The Building premieres on August 31 and will drop its first three episodes for audiences to watch. The series will be available to stream on Hulu, and will continue to release a new episode every following Tuesday to its platform until the show’s finale.

The series is a Hulu original and will be available exclusively on the streaming site. Consisting of 10 episodes in total, we’re already hoping that Only Murders In The Building will be coming back with more seasons in the future.
