When are Shang-Chi movie tickets on sale?

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Marvel’s latest superhero film, hits theaters Sept. 3, 2021. Are you ready for the newest entry into Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

Based on the character from Marvel Comics, Shang-Chi tells the story of the titular character, a highly trained martial artist who left assassin training for a regular life. However, Shang-Chi is forced to confront the very organization he left, the Ten Rings. Early reviews of the film have been positive, and the action sequences have been called some of Marvel’s best.

Shang-Chi is played by Simi Liu, who becomes the first Asian actor to lead a Marvel movie. Joining Liu in the cast are Awkwafina, Michelle Yeoh, Tony Leung, and Meng’er Zhang.

When can you buy tickets to Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings?

Great news! Tickets for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings are now on sale. Many theaters are showing Thursday night (Sept.2) screenings for both standard and IMAX. Fandango and Movie Tickets are two great websites to check times and buy available tickets.

Although there will be no simultaneous release on Disney Premier Plus, the film will be headed to Disney Plus sooner rather than later. Shang-Chi will run in theaters exclusively for 45 days.

Then, it will head to Disney Plus sometime in mid-October. At this point, the plan is to make it available for no extra charge.
