Switches, we’re here! The Motherland: Fort Salem season 2 finale is upon us, and we have to say we’re not ready!

Last week’s episode, “Mother of All, Mother of None,” ended on quite the cliffhanger. Witch plague is at Fort Salem and it’s spreading. Every witch on campus is in danger of losing their lives from the most skilled officer to the greenest cadet.

No one is safe except the President, the Vice President, and any non-witch security they have around them. Seems suspect doesn’t it?

The Camarilla launching an attack on the army’s home base is a power move we’ve yet to see from this terrorist group, and the consequences will certainly bleed into a third season. But how were they able to breach the facility? That’s the question.

Motherland: Fort Salem season 2 ends with a war cry and some tough choices

Survival is paramount in the season 2 finale, “Revolution, Part 1.” Who will make it through the night? Who won’t see the day break over the horizon? Our nerves are shot over this one.

If you’re like us, you’re worried for young Penelope. The man who pricked her with a pin in episode 11 was highly suspicious, and so was Vice President Silver. Could the nation’s second-in-command really be a part of this or was that a red herring? Someone’s responsible for Fort Salem’s potential fall and we need answers!

Our witches, however, are going to have to use every work in their ability to stay alive and look to Nicte for help as well. It’s going to be one horrific night that’s for sure. One we may not see the conclusion of to until season 3 considering the finale is only part 1 of the revolution that’s building.

May these witches make it through the night and live to fight another day.
