See season 2, episode 2 is now streaming on Apple TV+ and, if Baba Voss doesn’t hurry, he may not have a wife for long! Will Maghra really marry Lord Harlan?

As if there was still any question about how insane Queen Sibeth Kane is, See season 2, episode 2, titled “Forever,” answered it! The ruler of the Payan Kingdom will stop at nothing to get her way, and the only person she has in mind, is herself.

Sibeth may pretend to care for the wellbeing of her sister Maghra, but we all know she just doesn’t want to be alone. Still, if pushed to her limits, I’m sure Sibeth will be fine killing Maghra. But, for now, she’s keeping Maghra close and has just given her an order that was not well received.

Is Maghra going to marry Lord Harlan in See season 2?

In an attempt to keep his people happy (and alive) Lord Harlan asks Queen Sibeth to marry him. This way, Harlan’s royal army and followers will be more accepting of Queen Sibeth. Not to mention, it may also stop Sibeth from starting a war.

Sibeth is very, very clever, though. She knows that marrying Lord Harlan will make him King, and she’s not about to give up her or share any power. Instead, Sibeth tells Harlan that he will marry her sister, Maghra.

If Harlan marries Maghra, he’ll still, in some way, be part of the royal family. It’s not what Harland wanted, but it’s also not a terrible idea. But what does Maghra have to say about it? She doesn’t only not want to, but she’s already married.

Queen Sibeth doesn’t want to hear it, marrying Harlan wasn’t a request, but an order. Maghra is distraught.

Will this marriage happen? Possibly. In the See season 2 trailer, we see Maghra reunited with Baba Voss, so we know they will, eventually, be back together. But the keyword here is “eventually.” The two may find each other after the wedding ceremony. Fingers crossed it’s sooner than not later!

See season 2, episode 3, “The Compass,” premieres on Apple TV+ on September 10, at 12 a.m. PT.
