In recent years, we’ve seen major departures in the Real Housewives franchise, including NeNe Leakes, Dorinda Medley, and Victoria Gunvalson, to name just a few. Is Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne about to be next?

The 50-year-old Atlanta native made headlines in Nov. 2020 after news hit she was divorcing husband Tom Girardi, and what followed was a nasty legal battle. As reported by Vulture, Jayne asked for spousal support from her estranged hubby, and things only spiraled out of control from there. The pair was accused of owing money to clients from Giradi’s law firm, and the details of this ongoing scandal are enough to make your head spin.

Jayne has been pretty open about the legal trouble she’s faced on social media and on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Though her co-stars have supported her, it looks like that may not be the case any longer.

OK! Magazine is reporting that Erika Jayne is thinking of leaving RHOBH because of her co-stars allegedly trying to “exploit” her legal issues. Though she is reportedly eager to film the reunion show with the other ladies so she can call them out on the problem, it seems this might be the end of the road for the mother-of-one.

A source tells the publication:

"“She’s not getting along with any of the other housewives and is sick of their sniping, badmouthing and mean-spiritedness. [Andy Cohen’s] the one person who’s got Erika’s back. But at the moment, it doesn’t look like even Andy could convince her to stay.”"

The most recent development in the ongoing legal saga for Jayne came in Aug. 2021 when TMZ reported she was being sued for a whopping $25 million. The lawsuit accused the reality star of using money from Giradi’s law firm to pay off her credit card debt and other frivolous expenses.

For Giradi’s part, his health has unfortunately declined in recent years and he’s been moved into a senior living facility.

Erika Jayne herself has not responded to these reports of her possibly leaving Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but considering how outspoken she is, we’re sure she’ll say something soon if this is true.
