Who’s ready to celebrate October with Halloween movies? One of the most iconic Halloween movie is Hocus Pocus.

On Halloween night in 1993, teenager Max Dennison (Omri Katz) accidentally resurrects three witches from the 17th century known as the Sanderson sisters in Salem, Mass. There names are Winifred (Bette Midler), Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker), and Mary (Kathy Najimy). Upon their resurrection, Max, his sister Dani (Thora Birch), and friend Allison (Vinessa Shaw) must work together with a magical black cat to stop the sisters from achieving immortality.

Hocus Pocus has become a cult classic over the years thanks to its presence on Disney Channel and Freeform throughout the month of October. In fact, there is a sequel in development that’s scheduled to be release on Disney+ sometime in 2022.

Hocus Pocus has become a staple on Freeform during its annual “31 Nights of Halloween” programming. Every night in October, multiple films involving Halloween will air leading up to the holiday. You better believe that the Sanderson sisters will play a big role on Freeform this October.

How many times is Hocus Pocus on Freeform?

Hocus Pocus is scheduled to air on Freeform 14 times in the month of October. The film will be on multiple times a week and in some cases, it will air on back-to-back days.
