Is Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2 happening at Hulu?

Nine Perfect Strangers has come to an end on Hulu. Not quite satisfied? Is there going to be a Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2 at Hulu?

Caution: There are some spoilers for the Nine Perfect Strangers finale in this post. Jump to the heading about halfway down to avoid spoilers and find out about Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2.

Let’s just talk Nine Perfect Strangers‘s ending. The series saw the group of strangers tell the police nothing at all. Delilah’s plan to have Marsha arrested led to pretty much a waste of time for the cops. Without the patients sharing the truth about what happened to them, there’s no real evidence for the police to work with. They’d need something to even consider getting a warrant to search the retreat.

Clearly, the retreat is still running. Marsha isn’t the one in charge, though. Ben and Jessica are now the ones in charge. There are certainly a lot of questions about them being in charge. If Tranquilum House is still running, is it still running in the same way? Are they going to microdose their patients?

Then there’s Lars, who has his book, and Carmel who is leading her own group therapy. I love how these two developed throughout the show, but I really want to see more about them and their lives now. Did Lars make up with his ex? Has Carmel put her ex in the rearview mirror?

Will Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2 happen?

Will need Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2 to happen to get all the answers. The bad news is that we probably won’t see it.

The series was always envisioned and billed as a limited series. Yes, David E. Kelley has done limited series and then added a second season in the past. At the same time, he’s also finished shows as just one-season shows.

We’ll probably see Nine Perfect Strangers remain as a limited series. There was enough wrapped up during the finale not to need a second season. We’ll just imagine how things would go for the various characters moving forward.
