With two episodes to go in the first segment of the 24 episodes of The Walking Dead season 11, “Promises Broken” sets the stage for whatever is to come in the first mid-season finale.
Maggie’s group continues to move toward Meridian while Yumiko makes progress in the Commonwealth. Here’s what you need to know about this week’s all-new episode of The Walking Dead.
What to expect in The Walking Dead season 11 episode 7
In this world, safety isn’t guaranteed for any of the survivors. The Reapers are closing in on Maggie’s group while Eugene, Princess, Ezekiel, and Yumiko are trying to learn more about their new lives in the Commonwealth. And Daryl is learning more and more about the Reapers, hoping he can turn his knowledge into an advantage to use against them.
In last week’s episode, Daryl and Leah went on a mission for Pope to track the group that could invade Meridian. Daryl knew this could put Maggie’s group in grave danger so he stalled as best he could in order to give them a chance to escape, but not before giving them some inside knowledge about their enemies. Will it be enough to keep them safe? Only time will tell.
