All three Joes will be a part of Jenny’s birthday in some way. Will any of the birthdays end on a good note? Just how many secrets will finally come out during the episode?
What to expect on Ordinary Joe Season 1, Episode 3
Nurse Joe wants to make this birthday extra special for Jenny. He’s trying to win her back, and it means putting in extra effort for the birthday. Will Jenny see the efforts as Joe actually wanting to work on his marriage or are there still doubts there?
What this Jenny hasn’t said is that she’s been offered the chance to finish her law degree. It will mean heading to Atlanta for a year, and that’s going to cause problems for Nurse Joe, their family, and their marriage.
Meanwhile, Music Joe crashes Jenny’s party. He wants to get some answers about the son she put up for adoption. I’m still not sure why this Jenny chose adoption while the Jenny in Cop Joe’s life opted to keep the baby. I’m hoping we find that out at some point during the show.
Either way, Music Joe wants to know his son. It’s going to be tough and right now he’s keeping it all from Amy. This is sure to end up in disaster.
Then there’s Cop Joe. He has no idea about Jenny’s son being his. Jenny and her husband agreed to keep it a secret with her husband being their son’s dad. I get why he would want to do that, making it clear that he wanted to be in this boy’s life. However, doesn’t Joe have a right to know, especially considering the muscular disease runs in his DNA?
