Ghosts cast: Who stars in the new CBS sitcom?
By Sandy C.
A new show is haunting the CBS network! Ghosts premiered on Oct. 7 and it’s an instant favorite not only on the network, but for the Fall TV season.
Right away, Ghosts captured our hearts. It wasted no time getting right into things, which is rare for pilots. But best of all, it’s hilarious! With Ted Lasso wrapping up its second season on Apple TV+, I recommend Ghosts as your next light hearted comedy.
Ghosts on CBS stars Rose McIver and Utkarsh Ambudkar as Samantha and Jay, a young married couple who receive a beautiful country house after Sam’s relative passes away. At first, everything is normal, only viewers can see the ghosts roaming the home. Sam and Jay argue about what to do with a place: Sell it? Renovate it? Make it a hotel?
Their discussions are interrupted when Sam falls and a bump on her head gives her the ability to see ghosts. And not only the ghosts in the home, but everywhere. Now, they will need to find a way to live together.
Ghosts cast
Starring alongside McIver and Ambudkar, the new sitcom stars:
- Brandon Scott Jones as Isaac
- Richie Moriarty as Pete
- Asher Grodman as Trevor
- Rebecca Wisocky as Hetty
- Sheila Carrasco as Flower
- Danielle Pinnock as Alberta
- Roman Zaragoza as Sasappis
- Devan Chandler Long as Thorfinn
The cast is super fun as each character is colorful and adds to the story. Who is your favorite so far? Fans are already speculating that there is a way to help these ghosts move on, but isn’t it so much better with them here? I can’t wait to see what other adventures the group of ghosts (and humans) will get into as we get to know them!
Ghosts premieres new episodes each Thursday night only on CBS.
