Who is the Hamster on The Masked Singer season 6?

There’s nothing like a top-secret singing competition and season 6 of The Masked Singer thus far has been one of the most difficult to guess the contestants. One of the toughest contestants to speculate on may be the Hamster.

Those who have already been revealed in season 6, so far, include: Octopus (basketball player Dwight Howard), Mother Nature ( actress Vivica A. Fox), Pufferfish (singer Toni Braxton), Dalmatian (rapper Tyga), and last the latest was Baby (comedian Larry The Cable Guy).

As a huge fan of hip-hop and R&B, I knew Pufferfish was Toni Braxton and that Dalmatian was Tyga right away. I also believe I know who the Skunk is, but we’ll save that for another time.

The rest are a little more difficult for me. But, I do believe I’ve cracked the case when it comes to Hamster. With that being said, let’s look at the clues we’ve been given for the Hamster.

So, the first package takes place in a hamster cage (why wouldn’t it?) . One of the first clues was the Hamster mentioning they hop from one project to another with their “famous friends” and they can’t believe they’ve been friends all these years. We’ll revisit this later. There was also a neon blue water bottle.

To start the second package, they mention how they’re a party animal. Continuing on, they claim in their 20s, they were living in “a huge city, living with my best pals.” Hmmm..

One of the biggest clues that has resonated with was the Masked Singer vase that had water in it. Did we mention there’s a lot of water in the clues? Alright, let’s skip ahead to what has occurred on stage with Hamster.

For the first performance, the Hamster’s song choice was the classic “Oh, Pretty Woman” by Roy Orbison. Honestly, after the first set of clues — I had no idea who this was. But, the first locker clue helped visualize some likely candidates right away.

For starters, the locker is smelly, covered in moss, and there was a baseball bat. “It’s sunny and I like to play baseball,” the Hamster says.

Still bewildered on who Hamster is? Maybe the second performance will give it away for you like it did for me (I think). The Hamster’s second song choice was “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen (my favorite Queen song ever in case you were asking).

Anyway, it was House Party themed for this night, and the Hamster’s party favor clues included a blue hard hat with two water bottles on it aka a beer helmet.

Although, it’s not a ton of clues to work with this early in the season, I’m pretty certain The Hamster is Rob Schneider.

In contrast, the first clue about their “famous friends” refers me to Grown Ups. The consistency of the water bottles is reminding me of The Waterboy. Also, who had on the beer helmet in The Waterboy?

Schneider starred in a movie called The Animal. Finally, the baseball bat instantly takes me to The Benchwarmers, which also stars Schneider.
