When is Shang-Chi streaming free on Disney+?

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is still playing in select theaters today. Most Marvel fans have already watched it and are now waiting for the streaming release on Disney+. When will that be? Here’s what we know about when fans can stream the latest MCU film on the platform.

Marvel fans couldn’t be more excited about the arrival of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. While Black Widow debuted not long ago, it doesn’t exactly continue the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Legend of the Ten Rings, however, moves the franchise forward, teasing what’s to come.

Did you go see the movie in theaters or do you continue to wait for a streaming release? Or perhaps you’ve seen it in theaters, but now want to rewatch it at home. Black Widow streamed in theaters while it was also in theaters, but that wasn’t the case for Shang-Chi.

Is Shang-Chi free on Disney+ today?

The latest MCU chapter is not available on Disney+ at the time of this writing. However, unlike Black Widow, when Shang-Chi does arrive at Disney+, it’ll be available at no extra charge.

That’s right. You can stream Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings free as part of your regular Disney+ subscription and not pay for Premier Access.

The latest Marvel movie is available exclusively in theaters right now, but the movie will be streaming free on Disney+ sooner than you think! The first rumors had us believing that Shang-Chi would arrive on the streaming platform on Oct. 18, 2021 (that would have been nice). But we now have confirmation:

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will arrive on Nov. 12, 2021.

The Verge shares that the movie will also join the free Disney+ premiere of Jungle Cruise, which will also be available on Nov. 12. Are you excited to watch these movies? It’s the perfect Thanksgiving gift!
