What time is Eternals free to watch on Disney+?

UPDATE: Eternals will be free to stream on Disney+ with your regular subscription beginning Jan. 12, 2022. 

Marvel content has been at an all-time high this year and it is not stopping any time soon. The arrival of the Eternals is here and the big question of the week is, will it be available on the small screen, big screen, or both? Here’s what you need to know about the Eternals movie.

We have seen the debut of WandaVision, Falcon & the Winter Soldier, Loki, Black Widow and Shang-Chi, all in one year and the team over at Marvel Studios is far from done yet. In addition, we have the arrival of a brand new set of superheroes that soon will play a big part in Phase Four.

Oscar-winning director Chloe Zhao makes her MCU debut as well, which upon seeing the news had me even more excited to see what she could bring to this universe. Her filmmaking has a way of humanizing things in a way to make them relatable and paints a beautiful picture literally and psychically. Can she infuse a different light in the MCU? Time will tell.

The cast from top to bottom in this movie is ABSURD. We have Angelina Jolie, Kit Harrington, Richard Madden, Salma Hayek, Gemma Chan, Kumail Nanjiani, Brian Tyree Henry to name a few.

Can you stream Eternals online from home?

Unfortunately, no. Disney is following the same path they did with Shang-Chi and making it only available in theaters. One thing to look out for is a lackluster box office, which could result in the movie possibly dropping early and even at a premium cost.

However, the timeframe of which we would see the movie drop on Disney+ is roughly two months if it follows the same suite as Shang-Chi and the plus side it would be dropped on the streaming platform for free.

Eternals hits theaters on Nov. 5, 2021.
