It’s time for Thanksgiving in the world of Grey’s Anatomy. When the hospital is your family, it’s not surprising to find out that the majority of the doctors will celebrate together. Even when they don’t celebrate at the hospital, we often find them celebrating at Meredith’s house!
Where is Meredith for Thanksgiving? She’s not with her kids. Despite trying to get there, her flight back to Seattle is canceled due to the snow in Minnesota. The good news is she won’t be stuck in her hotel room alone for too long. There’s a certain doctor with a cabin who is willing to spend Thanksgiving with her.
Emergency surgeries and Thanksgiving dinner on Grey’s Anatomy Season 18, Episode 6
The episode will see Bailey and Webber seeking out emergency surgeries. We don’t get to know why that’s happening. Is it to train the residents or is it for their own needs? I guess we’ll need to wait to find that out.
It does look like the doctors will celebrate Thanksgiving together. There are photos of food in one of the lounges or in the cafeteria. When you’re working around the clock, celebrating Thanksgiving certainly makes sense.
Link and Amelia will be at Meredith’s house. They’re doing Thanksgiving together, which could lead to a few blow-up moments. However, they also have a chance to talk and reconnect. Can Amelia open up to Link about why she doesn’t want to get married? Can Link just listen to what Amelia is willing to offer? Isn’t a relationship all about compromise?
