Are we seriously into December already? We are entering the month of eating delicious food (not that we stopped after Thanksgiving) and opening presents. With that being said, we put together a list of new December 2021 movies in theaters and streaming.

If you thought the month of November was packed with way too many movies, December has, EVEN MORE, coming out. With all of these different streaming platforms, dual-releases, and theater releases, we want to make it easy to find what is coming out and where.

The one movie that nobody is talking about is finally hitting theaters in Spider-Man: No Way Home. After months of speculation of whether or not I will be in the movie, I can finally put the rumors to bed on whether or not you will see me as the new Spider-Man during the next phase.

We also know that December is the dump-off month of heavy-hitters for Oscar movies. From Netflix’s massive slate, including The Power of the Dog, Don’t Look Up, and The Hand of God, to Amazon’s Being the Ricardos, to the forthcoming remake of the musical West Side Story, the month is packed with Oscar contenders.

We list the biggest movies coming out in December 2021 with details on where you can either go watch it on the big screen or stream it online. Let us know if we missed any big movies you are excited to watch.
