The premiere of Spider-Man: No Way Home can’t get here soon enough! No, I mean it! Spoilers and leaks are making their way online already. The internet is a dangerous place to be for fans who are trying to avoid spoilers, and who can avoid the internet these days? There’s a new No Way Home poster floating around that reveals Tobey Maguire’s appearance in the movie. And there are also rumors of a leaked plot. Are these new Spider-Man: No Way Home spoilers the real deal?

Getting movie tickets for Spider-Man: No Way Home on opening night were not easy to get. Movie ticket sites just about all crashed when tickets went on sale, and with press screenings happening and the movie releasing on Dec. 15 for UK audiences, we better be on our toes.

If you bumped into new promo art and rumors of a leaked plot online and are wondering if they are real, here’s what we know.

Are new Spider-Man: No Way Home spoilers real?

As Screen Rant reports, there’s a new promo art poster that reveals Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man fighting Electro alongside Tom Holland’s Spidey. According to the source, the tie-in illustration has been released and it spoils something BIG.

The poster features two Spidey’s in the middle of a fight with Electro. From the suits, fans can tell one is Holland’s Spider-Man and the other is Maguire’s Spider-Man. So, is it real? Yes, it’s official promo art, but the source shares that tie-in promotional materials don’t always feature “accurate descriptions of what happens in the film.” Could this have been Marvel Studios and Sony just hyping fans up? Either way, it worked!

BGR also reports that someone who got to see No Way Home early revealed the plot of the movie. The source isn’t confirmed, so we can’t trust it. And I suggest not looking it up! Why ruin the experience?
