Being the Ricardos is out in theaters on Dec. 10, 2021, but will it also be streaming online? If so, when and on which streaming platform? Here’s where you can stream the movie online.
As Hidden Remote contributor Ricky Valero shared in his review of the movie, he enjoyed and loved everything about Being the Ricardos except for the two leads: Nicole Kidman as Lucille Ball and Javier Bardem as Desi Arnaz, which is a pretty big deal.
The movie follows Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz’s complex relationship, both romantically and professionally. Being the Ricardos also stars J.K. Simmons as William Frawley, Nina Arianda as Vivian Vance, Clark Gregg as Howard Wenke, Tony Hale as Jess Oppenheimer, and more.
When is Being the Ricardos coming out?
The movie premieres in theaters on Dec. 10. That’s right, theaters only — for now.
Can you stream Being the Ricardos online? Is the movie on HBO Max?
No, unfortunately, the movie will not be streaming on the HBO Max platform. That was my first thought, too, as HBO Max is where most big features go. But Being the Ricardos won’t be available on HBO Max, Netflix, Peacock, Paramount+, or Disney+ At the time of this writing, the movie is exclusively available in theaters. However, it will soon be streaming.
On Dec. 21, 2021, the movie will be available to stream online only on Amazon Prime Video. Until then, you’ll have to catch it in theaters. Will you be going to your local movie theater to watch the movie or wait for the streaming release?
