There are so many platforms now that we are getting a wide range of diverse content that can consume you. So today, I share the best Apple TV+ shows and movies of 2021.

I believe that Apple TV+ is the most underrated streaming platform around. They have been pushing out original content for several years now and it has been fantastic. In addition, they continue to produce from the Ted Lasso to The Morning Show to On The Rocks.

The year 2021 has been their biggest year to date. We saw the return of several of the staple shows, but also plenty of new films and TV shows for us to watch. You can tell that they are becoming more prominent players in the market space due to the people attached to projects with them.

This year, we saw Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Tom Hanks, The Russo Brothers, Mahershala Ali, and many more attach their names to Apple TV+. Apple might be paying top dollar, but they become the player they want with these stars.

With me narrowing down my list of content, I couldn’t name all the shows or movies I wanted to talk about, so I wanted to highlight some of them before diving into my list. Are you a fan of the band The Velvet Underground? The Todd Haynes documentary is one of the better musical documentaries you will see this year. Although Blush is only a short film, it is one of the more beautiful looking animated films I have seen in recent years. At a short 14 minutes, I think you would enjoy it.
