Spider-pig, Spider-pig, does whatever a Spider-pig does. Happy Spider-Man week to everyone that is celebrating the holiday. We share the best new movies to watch in theaters and films available on streaming services that you don’t want to miss.

If you have a significant other, we all know the battle to figure out what is for dinner is tough. What do you want? What does she want? The options for food are endless and with all the streaming platforms, movies are endless now as well. While we can’t help you figure out what’s for dinner (order pizza), we can help you narrow the list of movies you should watch this weekend.

From our first introduction to him in Captain America: Civil War, Tom Holland has been my favorite Spider-Man to date. Holland plays both Peter Parker and Spider-Man to elevate the role in a comedic but serious manner. So are you a fan of Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield? Comment below with who your favorite Spider-Man is and why.

We got a spider that can fly, AI trying to take over, and a documentary following a talented musician all dropping this week.

New movies to watch in theaters this weekend

  • Spider-Man: No Way Home
  • Nightmare Alley

We can finally stop hearing about the movie and finally sit down and enjoy the film. Spider-Man: No Way Home has been talked about ever since Far From Home ended. The speculation of who is in the movie, who isn’t, what will happen, the list goes on and on, finally ends today. I can’t wait to see what happens in this movie!

New movies to stream from home this weekend

  • Mother/Andriod (Hulu)
  • Boxing Day (Amazon Prime Video)
  • Christmas is Cancelled (Amazon Prime Video)
  • A Forbidden Orange (HBO Max)
  • The Hand of God (Netflix)
  • Juice Wrld: Into the Abyss (HBO Max)

Before writing this piece, I had no idea what Mother/Andriod was, but the moment I saw Chloe Grace Mortez was attached to the movie, I was excited. A war around Artificial intelligence has started and Mortez’s character just had a baby; what could go wrong?

What will you be watching this weekend? Will you enjoy a movie in theaters or streaming?
