What’s new on Apple TV+ in January 2022?

  • El Deafo, Jan. 7
  • The Tragedy of Macbeth, Jan. 14
  • Servant season 3, Jan. 21
  • Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, Jan. 21
  • The Afterparty season 1, Jan. 28

Apple TV+ is kicking things off with a sweet three-part animated series for kids. Deafo sees a child named Cece who begins to lose her hearing.

The Tragedy of Macbeth premiered in theaters on Christmas Day, but will be available to stream on Apple TV+ beginning January 14.

Servant is a horror-thriller that had all my attention in the first season. It does suffer with storytelling in season 2, but I’m hoping it recovers in the upcoming third season.

Need something to keep the kiddos busy on the weekends? Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock should do the trick! This is the reboot of the classic kids show, Fraggle Rock: Rock On! which is also available to stream on Apple TV+.

The Afterparty stars Tiffany Haddish, Sam Richardson, Zoe Chao, Ben Schwartz, Dave Franco, and others. The comedy-murder-mystery, created by Christopher Miller, follows guests at a high school reunion after party where a murder takes place. Each episode gives audiences a different character’s perspective of what happened that night.
