Who is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight, January 8?

Who is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight? (January 8)

While an episode of SNL is going to air tonight on NBC, it’s not a new episode. Instead, the episode coming tonight is an older one — season 47 episode 6. This episode is hosted by Jonathan Majors (Loki) and the musical guest is Taylor Swift. It’s one of my favorite episodes, personally, so if you missed it before the first time around, you’re in for a treat! Additionally, don’t forget that all previous SNL episodes for season 47 (and other seasons) are streaming on Peacock.

When is Saturday Night Live season 47 back in 2022?

The big return is almost here! In fact, we may spot the cast and crew back at work practicing for season 47’s return. As Deadline reports, SNL season 47 will be back next week on Jan. 15, 2022. So we’ve only got one more weekend to go! Season 47 episode 10 will be hosted by Ariana DeBose and Roddy Ricch will be the musical guest.

The source also reports that season 47 episode 10 will be back with a full cast and crew (after only featuring a very limited cast and crew for season 47 episode 9). Things could change, though!  SNL is known for making last-minute decision and with the ongoing pandemic still strong, I’m sure they will be cautious of the situation.
