Angela becomes the most hated TV character after Dexter: New Blood finale

After watching the Dexter: New Blood finale, fans are hating on Angela Bishop, the small town cop who figured out the closed case of the Bay Harbor Butcher.

The Dexter: New Blood finale is out and, as show creator Clyde Phillips promised, fans are losing their minds. While some feel the ending was satisfying, others are hating on it, particularly hating on Angela Bishop (Julia Jones). Here’s why Angela is now one of the most hated TV characters.

Listen, a series finale can never and will never please all fans. There will always be a group of people who, for one reason or another, hate it. And when it comes to the Dexter: New Blood finale, many fans have taken to Twitter to share how unhappy they are.

Fans are hating on Angela from Dexter: New Blood

I do believe that Dexter Morgan had to die. Would you rather Dexter go to jail? I don’t think so. However, I don’t think Harrison should have been the one who kills him. I think Angel Batista should’ve figured it all out and be the one to kill Dexter. The series would’ve come full circle, and don’t forget that Dexter killed Maria LaGuerta, Batista’s wife.

That said, Harrison being the one who kills Dexter was not my first choice. But can you imagine how awful it would have been if Angela was the one to kill Dexter? No thanks! Fans are already upset about how unrealistic Angela solving the Bay Harbor Butcher case is.

There are countless of tweets on Twitter (all so hilarious) about how it makes no sense how a small town cop figured it all out when she couldn’t even solve the missing girls case that was happening right under her nose in the course of over two decades. Make it make sense.
