When are Scream 5 movie tickets on sale?

Just when you thought the nightmare concluded, Ghostface is back in Scream 5, also known as Scream 5. With the upcoming release, are tickets on sale? Can they be purchased in advance?

After twenty-five years, Woodsboro is once again at the center of discussion in Scream. A new killer is impersonating Ghostface, and that person is terrorizing and brutally murdering teenagers in the area. Sidney Prescott, Dewey Riley, and Gale Weathers are once again summoned to solve the mystery before more lives are lost.

The fifth iteration of Scream will mark the first film in the franchise not to be directed by Wes Craven, who died in 2015. Taking over as co-directors are Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, best known for their 2019 sleeper hit, Ready or Not.

Neve Campbell, David Arquette, and Courtney Cox all reprise their roles as Sidney, Dewey, and Gale, respectively. Also reprising her role is Marley Shelton, who returns as Judy Hicks from Scream 4.

Joining the cast are Melissa Barrera, Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Dylan Minnette,  and Jasmin Savoy Brown. Finally, Roger L. Jackson makes his return as the voice of the iconic Ghostface killer.

With the film set to be released on Jan. 14, 2022, are tickets available for purchase?

Fans of Scream can rejoice as tickets are now on sale. Tickets can be purchased in advance through websites like Fandango and AMC. You can also check your local theater’s website to see if tickets can be purchased through their process.

Although the movie opens nationwide on Jan. 14, there will be Thursday night (Jan. 13) showings the night before. Many of these showings begin at 7 p.m. ET. but check your theater of choice to see if this option is available.
